New Year's resolution

Mine is to become a better driver -- there have been a lot of car crashes in my new garage recently.

That holiday spirit

We're still full of Christmas cheer around here, as long as that tree stays up.

Merry Christmas, everybody!

Hope everyone had as great a Christmas as I did! I got to spend the last four days with almost all of my family members, and they spoiled me rotten. Mom and Dad had to rent a truck to bring home all of my gifts. I don't even know this Santa guy who bought me stuff. Maybe I'll see him next year.

Here I am with Aunt Jeanne, playing with the noisy ambulance that Pop-Pop got me. I love it, but Dad keeps muttering something every time the siren goes off.

I had to show Aunt Beth how to work the new books that cousin Tommy got. She got the hang of it after a while.

And when I got to Grandmom Linda's house, she and Grandpop had even more presents waiting for me! I must have won the lottery or something.

I shared some of my toys with great Grandpop Andy and great Aunt Olga. Great Grandpop really loves the pop-up books.

I had to teach Aunt Jul how the books work too. If I wasn't around, I don't know how any of these people would function.

But I had to ask Uncle Brett how to work the new garage that Mom and Dad bought me. He's pretty smart -- he knows how ramps work.

Christmas was a blast! Can we do it again next month?

Hanging out with Tommy

Grandmom and I spent yesterday trying to explain Christmas to new cousin Tommy. He just gurgled a lot, so I don't think he really got it. But I think by next Christmas we'll have it covered.

Hanging out at the White House

Grandmom and Pop-Pop had never gotten a chance to see the inside of the White House before, so I got Dad to take all of us over for a tour of the Christmas decorations. You can see all our good pictures over at his Flickr page.

The place is pretty nice, but there weren't enough toys around to make me want to move. Of course, they didn't let me walk up the stairs to the residence to see if what fun things were hidden up there. Oh well.

Another haircut with Grandmom this weekend, but this time she told me we had to go to a professional because I wriggle too much. I blame Mom and Dad for reading all those bouncing Tigger stories to me.

Somebody Christmased all over in here

There's that little village again! I showed up right around December last year too. And I don't understand why they have so much snow localized just to our living room. This whole thing is weird.

One last sunny day

Sunday was maybe the final nice day of the year before winter sets in, so I took Mom and Dad to the park for one last trip around the playground.

Mom and Dad said I got another new cousin this afternoon, so I looked all around the house again, and found this:

Mom and Dad keep saying I have a brand new cousin, but the only new thing I can find around here is this Halloween card from Aunt Pat. And it's a really cool card, but it doesn't explain why Grandmom and Grandpop are so excited.

Too much college football today

I was cooped up inside today because of the bad weather, but at least I learned a few new tackling moves watching the games with Dad. Mom apparently didn't learn anything.

School picture time again

Just got the copies of my annual school picture again -- they turned out pretty nice. For the life of me I can't remember how that photographer got me to sit still long enough for this shot. That guy was a real pro.

First haircut

Got my first haircut this weekend -- It was just a little trim off the back and the sides. Grandma said she'd do it after she hear Mom muttering something about a mullett and NASCAR.

If you don't know why the cooler is there, you've obviously never had a good haircut.

I got a surprise postcard in the mail today of myself -- Grandmom and Pop-Pop sent this picture taken on vacation last month. It's pretty cool, but I was sorta hoping they were writing me from Hawaii, and planning on flying me out for a visit.

The Phillies start the post-season on Saturday, so I'm practicing my curveball again in case Roy Halladay needs any pointers.


He'll probably be OK without me, but it doesn't hurt to practice.

The teachers at daycare just sent home a whole bunch of old photos they found while cleaning. Most of these never made it onto any posters or cards for Mom and Dad, but they seem to think they're still cute. I have no idea what I was doing with that ball.
