Relaxation

Mom, can you bring me a root beer? I'm too engrossed in this Thomas episode to get up.

Birthday recap

We just finally cleaned up the last of the wrapping paper from my birthday party on Sunday, so I just got time to post a few pictures of the fun.

I got so many cards and presents from everybody, I needed Mom and Dad to help me open all of them. They said something about something being spoiled, but it all looked like new stuff to me.

Cousin Tommy helped me out too. He wasn't so good at opening the gifts, but he's really good at throwing things across the room. I think he's already taking pitching lessons.

Ohmigawd, Mom and Dad bought me a tricycle! It has Thomas pictures on it and plays train sounds, but it runs like a motorcycle. Which is awwwwwesome!

After I did about 100 laps with my new motorcycle on the back porch, we stopped for some cake. Somehow, it didn't have enough strawberries for me.

After we were all done, Grandmom Linda was exhausted, so I let her sit down for a little bit to relax. She had a long day. I'm surprised she stayed up that long without a nap.

Thanks to everybody for the birthday wishes. I can't wait until we have another birthday party next month. That's how this works, right?

Happy birthday to me! (Part three)

Mom and Dad say I'm three years old today, but I'm pretty sure I'm older than that. How many three-year-olds do you know who can drive a train? I can, probably. They won't let me try.

Anyways, to recap, here I am just a few days old:

And here I am at my first birthday:

And here I am at my second birthday:

And I think we can all agree that absolutely nothing has changed today:

In fact, Dad will tell you I'm just as calm and pleasant for these pictures as I was when I was just a few days old. Here's video proof:

Thanks for all the birthday wishes!

A toast

Please, everyone, raise your glasses. Let's see ...

May all your days be filled with dinosaur shirts and the best juice money can buy.

Brunch time

Grandmom Linda and Pop Doyle took all of us out the brunch on Sunday at a fancy restaurant in Baltimore. How fancy, you ask?

It was so fancy they even had a sailboat inside the dining room -- you can see it behind me in the picture. Even Ollie was impressed, and it takes a lot to impress a 15-month-old.

Guess what I can do?

Hey, Mom! I'm tall enough to reach the light switch now. Guess what that means?

Need me to help you with anything else?

Faster than a hidden bullet

What's better than a superhero cape?

A camouflage superhero cape. Now evildoers will never see me coming.

Say cheese

Grandmom, you smile and I'll make a funny face. It'll be a great picture.
