Spring choir concert

 

After praticing all year, we got a chance to show off our awesome singing skills for the community at our spring choir concert. And we sounded pretty great!

I had way too much fun singing with friends. Can't wait to do it again next year!

Memorial Day parade 2023

You gotta start the summer with a parade, and we're both ready to walk in the city's celebration again!  

Emma's dance company had a huge group ready to perform for the crowd. I'm not sure they hit all their marks, but in their defense, they don't usually practice spins in the middle of the street. 

My boy scout troop proudly marched in the parade too, with a few more members than last year. We were the biggest group of scouts there. Plus we looked pretty sharp. 

Saintly student

Jonathan got recognized earlier this year as the saintly student of the month for his grade, and this month my teach picked me! Dad thinks I still have a fair amount of devil in me, but now I've got certified proof he's wrong. 
 

Don't look down

Boy Scouts took a trip to a tree climbing course and ... I'm not sure this was the best idea we've had. Hiking around the bottom of the trees is perfectly lovely. 
 

Happy anniversary, Grandmom and Pop!

Grandmom and Pop celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this month, and we got to hang out with them at Mass to celebrate the milestone. Pretty amazing that they've been together that long. We can't even stay in the same room for more than a few hours without needing a break.  

We love you both! 

Twister trouble

You put your left foor in, you take your right foot out, you put your left arm ... actually, I may be stuck now. 

Unexpected visitor

Don't worry, the fall didn't hurt because she fell into a pile of overreaction we had sitting nearby.
